Wingman Elliot Yeo has been recalled to the Brisbane Lions’ senior team ahead of their final match of the 2012 season against the Western Bulldogs this Sunday afternoon at the Gabba.

Yeo returns at the expense of fellow first-year player Jack Crisp, who is now set to line up with the Lions Reserves in Saturday night’s NEAFL Semi Final in Darwin.

Yeo’s inclusion is the only change to the Lions’ side that defeated Port Adelaide by 11 points last weekend.

Sam Docherty and Amon Buchanan - who were both named on the extended interchange bench when the Club announced its preliminary 25-man squad on Thursday - join Crisp as the team’s listed emergency players.

Meanwhile, Simon Black has been named and will therefore line up for his 314th career match, surpassing Roger Merrett’s total of 313 (achieved with both Essendon and the Bears). Black is currently ranked third for most games played in combined Club history, behind only Kevin Murray (333 games) and Marcus Ashcroft (318 games).

The Lions will be dedicating this Sunday’s match to thanking their loyal 2012 members with a range of exciting match-day activities at the Gabba.
