The Brisbane Lions maintain a strong association with both Fitzroy FC – who participate in the Premier A Division of the VAFA – and the Fitzroy Juniors – which boasts around 700 junior participants in the YJFL.

The men’s and women’s teams from both the seniors and juniors play at the Clubs spiritual heartland in Victoria – the Brunswick Street Oval – with their games generally attracting a healthy crowd of the old Fitzroy faithful.
