James Madden and Jaxon Prior make their return to the Brisbane Lions VFL side as they tackle the Sydney Swans VFL team at Brighton Homes Arena.

Madden comes back into the Lions set up after a week out with sickness, while Prior returns after a week in the AFL.

Both players missed the Lions first loss of the VFL season going down to the Box Hill Hawks.

Shadeau Brain has recovered from a shoulder injury to be included for the Swans matchup with Darcy Fort being elevated to the AFL.

VFL-listed player Wilson Barry will play his second game for the season, last appearing against Southport in round four.

Lions lose young guns Kai Lohmann and Jaspa Fletcher, who will both play in the AFL this week with VFL-listed player, Bailey Gordon also missing out.

Lions fans are encouraged to get amongst the action at Brighton Homes Arena with the first bounce at 11:05am AEST.
