Callum Ah Chee returns to AFL football this Thursday night, named in the Lions 22 to take on Richmond at The Gabba for Round 16.
It’s the third senior game in 2023 for the utility, after a string of solid performances in the VFL, including last week’s two goal, 24 touch and six mark effort in the draw against Sandringham.
The Lions will take a cautious approach with Dayne Zorko, resting him for another week as he recovers from a calf injury.
Whilst young gun Kai Lohmann has been omitted, as has last week’s sub Darcy Fort.
Fort has been listed as one of the four emergencies alongside James Madden, Jack Gunston and Darcy Gardiner.
The game will mark Co-Captain Lachie Neale’s 100th in Lions colours.
In partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Club will donate $500 to RMHC South East Queensland for every goal kicked by Brisbane.
The Battle of the Big Cats gets underway at 7:20pm tomorrow night.
