AFL Fantasy Fans would have rejoiced with the successful return of Lions star Dayne Beams in Round 7.

Beams (MID, $565,000) was a shining light in the Brisbane Lions’ loss against Port Adelaide. He was our third highest scorer for the game with a total score of 106 AFL Fantasy points. He didn’t seem to miss a beat with 30 disposals, 15 contested possessions, eight clearances and one goal.

Our top scorer for the game was Stefan Martin (RUC, $485,000) who scored 129 AFL Fantasy points after a huge day in the ruck. Martin finished the game with 22 disposals, 10 contested possessions and 51 hit-outs. This was the first time that our star ruckman has reached 100 points in 2016.

Dayne Zorko (FWD, MID, $559,000) continued his great run of form with a total score of 110 points. He had 22 disposals, 12 contested possessions and two goals.

The bad news story of the game for AFL Fantasy fans was the injury to Lions Captain Tom Rockliff. A legend in the Fantasy world, the skipper has scored over 100 points twice in 2016. Let’s hope Rocky can get back out there again soon.
