The Brisbane Lions have made just one change for Saturday night’s Qualifying Final against Port Adelaide, as senior coach Chris Fagan looks to keep his lineup as settled as possible.

Lincoln McCarthy has been selected, with the livewire forward back into the team after missing the final round of the home and away season with a calf strain.

Making way for McCarthy is midfielder Jarryd Lyons who has been listed as an emergency alongside Kai Lohmann, Darcy Gardiner and Darcy Fort.

Saturday's final will mark Charlie Cameron's 200th game milestone as well as Jack Payne's 50th game.

Cameron, a crowd favourite and proven Finals performer, spoke to media on his excitement.

"I'm always looking forward to finals ... you want to play good in big games.

"Nothing's changed, just a bit more excitement and pressure."

The Lions meet with Port Adelaide in front of a sellout crowd at The Gabba on Saturday night, with the first bounce scheduled for 7:25pm EST.
