The Brisbane Lions resumed pre-season training on Monday after enjoying a couple of weeks away from the Club over the Christmas and New Year period.  

Most headed interstate to spend time with their family and friends during the festive season, with Pearce Hanley clocking up the most miles after he returned home to Ireland to be best man at his brother's wedding.  

Daniel Rich, meanwhile, celebrated the end of 2013 by popping the question to his now fiancee Lauren.
