Tim Forrester is the Managing Director of Aria Property Group, one of Australia’s most awarded property developers.

Since starting Aria in 2003, Tim has grown the company to become a household name in the development industry, with the company’s last three developments being awarded Best Development in Australia for the past three consecutive years.

His company ethos is to develop iconic projects that we’re proud to walk our families past in 20 years’ time. Aria’s delivered projects is $1.3billion over 20 developments.

As a previous board member of the Property Council of Australia and Queensland Museum, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Director of the Brisbane Lion’s board.

Tim has been a long-time supporter of the Brisbane Lion’s club since childhood and has provided mentoring and work experience to players.
