Jarrod Berry will return for the Lions on Sunday afternoon against Melbourne after he was named on the bench in Senior Coach Chris Fagan’s final team.

Berry has not played for the Lions since their Round 9 win against the Adelaide Crows. Following that match he required surgery to remove a Baker’s cyst on his right knee.

He was expected to be out of the senior side for six to eight weeks, but has returned after only five weeks of recovery.

Joining Berry on the bench are Allen Christensen, Oscar McInerney and Ryan Lester.

Ben Keays, Sam Skinner, Brandon Starcevich and Corey Lyons have been named as emergencies.
