It’s been six years since Sydney forward Lance Franklin last played at the Gabba.
Franklin’s last visit to Brisbane was with Hawthorn back in Round 5 of 2008 when he booted 8.6 to help his side to a 12-point win. Former Lion Daniel Bradshaw kicked 7.4 in the same game.

Victorian-based Brisbane Lions fans are encouraged to watch this Saturday night’s match against the Swans together on the big screen at The Oxford Scholar Hotel (located at 427 Swanston Street in Melbourne’s CBD).
The event is FREE to attend, and includes a range of competitions and giveaways throughout the game. Brisbane Lions members will also receive a 10% discount on all meals upon presentation of their 2014 membership card.
