On the second day of the AFLW Trade and Sign Period, the Brisbane Lions have been advised that Tori Groves-Little has accepted a contract with expansion club Gold Coast Suns.
Lions Women’s CEO Breeanna Brock wished her the best for her next venture.
“Tori currently works for the Gold Coast and is a Gold Coast Academy graduate so it makes sense she would make the move to them now they have a team in the league,” Brock said.
“She’s got a lot of talent and has been a pleasure to have at the Club. We wish her all the best for her future.”
Groves-Little was drafted to the Lions with their 56th pick at the 2018 NAB AFLW Draft. She made her debut in Round 2 against Fremantle in Western Australia and played two games in 2019.
