Head of Physiotherapy Shane Lemcke says the boys pulled up well from their Round 23 game against St Kilda at Etihad Stadium.
“We were fortunate to get through the game without any new injuries which was great,” Lemcke said in the latest Lions Recovery Report.
"The boys pulled up well and obviously they’ve been enjoying themselves for the last couple of days so they’re probably a bit worse for wear now."
The players will take a three week break to refresh their bodies before starting their own personalised off-season training, while injured Lions will continue their rehabilitation to make sure that they’re ready to do as much of the pre-season as possible.

“For most of the playing group they now have about 3 weeks where they do nothing at all,” Lemcke said.
“The guys who have been in rehab will continue their program to make sure they’re ready to do as much of the off season as possible to make sure they’re fit for the start of the preseason in November.”
