Dayne Beams continued his outstanding form with a team high 133 from 30 possessions and an impressive 11 tackles. He was well supported by unlikely hero Matthew Leuenberger, who stood up in the absence of number one ruck Stefan Martin to tally 51 hit outs and kick two goals for 124. Jack Redden led the charge in the tackle column once again with 14, helping him reach triple figures with 114.
On The Radar
Lion captain and Fantasy Pig Tom Rockliff (MID, $485,000) is set for a return this week and if so, he is ripe for the picking despite playing limited footy this year. Obviously he will be lacking some match fitness due to his injury interrupted season to date but for under 500K, last years AFL Fantasy World Record setting player is a steal. He has a break-even of just 71, so he won’t be getting any cheaper.
