Brisbane Lions full members are advised that the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now commence at 7pm on Wednesday 17 December – not 6pm as previously advised.
The start time has been delayed by one hour due to the rescheduling of the Cricket Test Match at the Gabba following the tragic passing of Phillip Hughes.
The Test will now commence on Wednesday 17 December, and as a consequence, will conflict with the Club’s AGM to be held in the Legends Room at the Gabba.
In order to ensure that the meeting can still go ahead on that particular date, the start time of the AGM will now be delayed until 7pm.
The meeting will still be held in the Legends Room, which is accessible via Gate 1 at the Gabba, 820 Stanley Street, Woolloongabba.
The Club apologises for any inconvenience this might cause, but trusts members understand that it is unavoidable due to the extraordinary circumstances.
