Midfielder Travis Johnstone has been recalled to the Lions senior team ahead of their Round 11 clash with Carlton at the Gabba this Saturday night.

Johnstone replaces Matt Austin who has been omitted after playing his first three consecutive games with the Club.
The Lions will be keen to turn the tables on the Blues this Saturday night after Carlton ran out 19-point winners in their last encounter back in Round 2 at Etihad Stadium.
It promises to be a battle between two teams looking to solidify a position inside the AFL’s top eight. The Lions currently sit in 4th position with six wins while the Blues are 5th with five wins.
