With our upcoming AFL Community Camp at the Sunshine Coast on Thursday 4 - Friday 5 February, now is the time to grab your new Lions merchandise for those valuable player autographs in the flesh.
And with no less than 10 new senior players onboard headlined by big name players Brendan Fevola, Brent Staker, Xavier Clarke, Andrew Raines, Amon Buchanan and Matt Maguire - there are plenty of fresh players to meet and greet as you wish them well for the season ahead while getting their signatures.
The Community Camp itinerary will be posted online closer to the starting date, which details all the public events and open training sessions that members and supporters can come along to - proudly supported by Lions radio media partners Hot 91 and Zinc FM on the Sunshine Coast.
Our Membership Department will be on hand to take membership orders and queries in person, and to distribute our 3-game and 11-game membership information.
This 3-game membership option could be perfect for those Lions fans living beyond Greater Brisbane who can't attend every Gabba game - choose ANY three regular season home games you want.
Popular mascot Bernie 'Gabba' Vegas will also be distributing Lions giveaways.
The Club is currently working with Camp organisers from AFL Queensland and AFLQ Sunshine Coast to finalise the proposed community and school visits on the Thursday (4 Feb) and an open beach event, Rec Footy match, open skills session and major open footy clinic on the Friday (5 Feb).
The players and coaches are already confirmed for Thursday night's official Community Camp Dinner from 6pm at the Maroochy RSL Club in Maroochydore.
