Want to know what the Lions players have been getting up to during a rare mid-season break away from the Club?

With fewer training commitments and more time on their hands, many of the Lions players are flocking to Twitter to provide their followers with some insights into their personal activities during the Bye.

More than half of the team now have their own Twitter identities, including Phillip Island product Sam Docherty who was welcomed on board earlier this week.

Docherty and fellow draftee Billy Longer have already commented about the cruel weather that greeted them when they arrived back home in Melbourne, while things apparently aren’t much warmer in Aaron Cornelius’ home State of Tasmania.

In other Twitter revelations, Claye Beams and Bryce Retzlaff seem to share a passion for ‘The Voice’, and Tom Rockliff praised fans for their role in getting the team over the line against the Eagles in what he describes as his “best win”.
