JONATHAN Brown has earned a nomination for Goal of the Year for his memorable snap against
Brown again showed why he is one of the best players in the competition, hooking a sensational goal from tight on the boundary after avoiding a tackle from Cats defender Matthew Egan.

In 2007, the winners of the Toyota AFL Mark and Goal of the Year awards will each receive:

At the end of the 22-round Toyota AFL Premiership season, the AFL All-Australian Selection Committee will decide the overall winner from the 22 weekly winners.
The awards will be the presented during 2007 Toyota AFL Grand Final week.
