AFL Gold Coast and Queensland Rail have renegotiated their public transport offer. FREE rail travel and shuttle buses to and from the game are now back on for match ticket-holders as per below!

This Saturday night the Lions will be heading down to the Gold Coast for their crucial clash against North Melbourne in what could be a desperate battle for top eight positions. 

The General Manager of Rail Operations has approved FREE train travel for this AFL night match on Saturday 2 August at Gold Coast Stadium under the following conditions:

• Patrons must be in possession of a valid match entry ticket to use this free travel offer.
• Ezy Ticket holders must present their printed PDF ticket to be entitled to free travel with TransLink to and from the match.
• The confirmation email issued by Ticketek will not be accepted.
• The free travel is only valid between the hours of 3pm to 11pm on Saturday 2 August.
• Travel is only valid between the following stations:
- Central Station to and from Nerang Station
- Robina Station to and from Nerang Station.
• Patrons travelling in and out of Brisbane’s Central Station will be required to have a valid TransLink ticket for travel.
