The next fixture block is here.

The boys returned to the new home of AFL this afternoon, our home, sunny Queensland.

After much anticipation, the AFL released the next block of the fixture for rounds 9-12.

The already scheduled Round 8 match against Melbourne at Metricon Stadium this Sunday 26 July will kick start an extravaganza of football.

Round 9 will see the Lions return to Prime time against Essendon in Friday night footy down the M1.

Four days later for Round 10 we are back at Metricon against Richmond on a school night, Tuesday 4 August at 7.10pm.

After 5 weeks away and lending our home we are finally back on home soil. The Lions will take on the Western Bulldogs for Round 11, Saturday 8 August at 7.40pm.

It's going to be a tight turn around with back to back four-day breaks between Rounds 10 and 11.

Fages’ and the team will welcome the 7-day break and then make their way south to Tassie. We’ll take on North Melbourne, Saturday 15 August at 2.35pm.*
