Injury update: Jonathan Brown
Brisbane Lions’ Co-Captain Jonathan Brown will have scans early next week on his left foot.
Brown sustained a suspected plantar fascia injury during the Lions' 31-point win over St Kilda on Saturday night.
The Lions will notify media of the results of the scans once they are received by the Club on Tuesday.
Brown said: "While the injury is disappointing, it won't have any impact on whether I play on next year.
"I've said consistently that I won't make a call on that until the end of the season."
