The Brisbane Lions will remain unchanged when they face Hawthorn on Saturday at Melbourne’s Skybus Stadium.

Heading to Frankston with the same team that launched a 22-point victory over reigning Premiers Adelaide at Metricon last Friday night, the Lions will be on the hunt for their fourth consecutive win this season.

Saturday’s clash will be the first time these two sides have met, with Hawthorn joining the competition for Season 7.

In the lead up to the match, Captain Bre Koenen urged the Club’s Victorian fans to get down to Frankston on Saturday and get behind the Lions.

“We love our Victorian fans,” Koenen emphasised.

“To get a good turnout this weekend would be really special, and who knows, it might be the last time we play in Melbourne this season.”

The Brisbane Lions will play Hawthorn on Saturday October 22 at 7:10pm AEDT (6:10PM AEST) at Skybus Stadium.
