Throughout the game’s history, fierce rivalries have existed between certain clubs. These rivalries have been built on the field through great matches and close results – and off the field between the fans of these clubs.
We're now calling on you to demonstrate your support during the annual AFL Rivalry Round (Round 3) and show those Sydney Swans that we have more active supporters than them.
You can vote for the Lions via two methods:
• SMS your full name, then 'Brisbane Lions' and your email address to 0427 555 999 up until 11:59am (AEST) Sunday 15 April 2007 OR
• Vote online at afl.com.au up until 5:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 18 April 2007.
Hurry - voting is open for this week only with updates announced throughout the eight Rivalry Round matches this weekend. Final team results will be published on afl.com.au on Thursday 19 April 2007.
There are some great prizes with four ultimate AFL Fan Prize Packs to be won, each consisting of two tickets to the 2007 Toyota AFL Grand Final, one AFL Club Standard Membership and a signed Guernsey from your nominated club.
