Coaches’ Comment, Danny Daly, Strategy Coach
A fantastic year for “Froggy” who played all 22 games. A welcome addition to the Club’s leadership group shows Ryan’s value and standing to his team mates. Ryan was the ultimate role player for the team and filled numerous positions throughout the year and averaged 16 possessions, kicked 14 goals and finished 9th in the clubs best and fairest.
In their own words:
“You probably get caught up in it a little bit, you don’t think about it too much and then every now and again, such as a milestone, you sit back and realise it’s something you dreamt about as a little kid.
“I think the Club is in a really healthy shape at the moment. Potentially my seven years at the Club, we’re in the best position we’ve been in terms of a lot of young talent. We’re in the right hands with Fages (Chris Fagan) and David Noble.”
